JORDI BOSCH GENOVER, ARQUITECTE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Projecte de rehabilitaci\u00f3 parcial de l\u2019edifici de l\u2019Arxiu Hist\u00f2ric Provincial de Girona, situat a la pla\u00e7a de Sant Josep, en l\u2019antic convent de Sant Josep, un conjunt hist\u00f2ric del segle XVII declarat B\u00e9 Cultural d\u2019Inter\u00e8s Nacional. La intervenci\u00f3 t\u00e9 com a objectiu millorar l\u2019estat de conservaci\u00f3 de l\u2019edifici i refor\u00e7ar les condicions de seguretat dels espais destinats a la cust\u00f2dia documental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 se centra principalment en la restauraci\u00f3 de les fa\u00e7anes, la substituci\u00f3 de les fusteries exteriors i la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019un nou sistema d\u2019extinci\u00f3 autom\u00e0tica d\u2019incendis als dip\u00f2sits documentals. Tamb\u00e9 es resolen problemes d\u2019humitats detectats en alguns espais d\u2019emmagatzematge situats a la planta primera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La intervenci\u00f3 es planteja amb criteris de respecte a l\u2019arquitectura existent, conservant l\u2019estructura original de murs de c\u00e0rrega de pedra, voltes i coberta de fusta, i limitant les actuacions constructives a la millora de l\u2019envolupant i a la incorporaci\u00f3 de noves compartimentacions necess\u00e0ries per a la protecci\u00f3 contra incendis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
