Projecte de rehabilitaci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica i millora constructiva d\u2019un edifici residencial constru\u00eft als anys cinquanta, format per un local comercial a planta baixa i dos habitatges distribu\u00efts en tres plantes. La intervenci\u00f3 t\u00e9 com a objectiu millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica del conjunt i resoldre les defici\u00e8ncies detectades en la Inspecci\u00f3 T\u00e8cnica de l\u2019Edifici (ITE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L\u2019actuaci\u00f3 incorpora millores en l\u2019envolupant de l\u2019edifici mitjan\u00e7ant la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019a\u00efllament en fa\u00e7anes, sostres i coberta, aix\u00ed com la substituci\u00f3 de les fusteries exteriors per nous tancaments amb millor comportament t\u00e8rmic. Tamb\u00e9 es renoven les instal\u00b7lacions de climatitzaci\u00f3, calefacci\u00f3 i producci\u00f3 d\u2019aigua calenta sanit\u00e0ria, incorporant sistemes m\u00e9s eficients basats en bombes de calor i una nova instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica a coberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Paral\u00b7lelament, es reparen diverses patologies detectades a l\u2019edifici, com humitats, esquerdes, deteriorament de revestiments i elements de fusta, aix\u00ed com la renovaci\u00f3 de part de les instal\u00b7lacions d\u2019aigua, sanejament i electricitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
